I am a graduate of the Sorbonne and the University of Zaragoza. I have twenty years of professional experience as a sworn translator of English-French, English-Spanish and French-Spanish, acquired in France and abroad serving English, French and Spanish companies, as well as Chambers of Commerce, Chambers of Agriculture and international organizations.
SWORN TRANSLATIONS

As a sworn translator, I offer certified translation services for legal, administrative, and civil status documents, such as:
• Civil status and administrative documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, certificates of no impediment to marriage, diplomas, driver's licenses, employment certificates, tax returns, insurance certificates, CE conformity certificates, etc.)
• Legal documents (notarial deeds, judgments, criminal record extracts, notarized powers of attorney, etc.)
I personally handle all translations entrusted to me! Documents translated by me have legal standing and can be presented to all official bodies in France: to the prefecture for obtaining French nationality or exchanging a driver's license, to the town hall for marriage, or to universities to begin or continue studies in France. People of English origin arriving in France often use my services as a English-French translator in situations related to children's education, health (e.g., medical translations), or starting a business. I can help you with administrative procedures, including applying for social benefits, translating official documents, corresponding with government agencies, and setting up a business in France.
CONFERENCE INTERPRETING
I am also a conference interpreter: I offer interpreting services for business meetings, negotiations, conferences, and seminars in fields such as energy, automotive, construction, and various industrial sectors. Great Britain, one of the largest countries in Europe, is experiencing rapid economic development and growth, which fosters new investments and economic exchange. My role as a conference interpreter is essential for ensuring communication between business partners who speak different languages. My work allows for the smooth transmission of ideas, content, and nuances so that every meeting participant has the same understanding of the discussion. By participating in negotiations, management meetings, or business presentations, I facilitate the understanding of complex content, such as reports or business plans. My role also involves helping to build trust between companies, minimizing the risk of errors, and ensuring effective cooperation.
TRANSLATIONS FOR BUSINESS
French is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world and the official language of several countries in Europe, Africa, and Canada. France, a European and global power, represents a very important market and offers numerous opportunities for English businesses. For companies wishing to expand their activities internationally, French-speaking markets can be very attractive. As a French translator, I offer translations of commercial contracts, extracts from the French company registration certificate (K-bis), and business correspondence. I ensure the accuracy of communication that is essential during business negotiations, contract signings, and marketing campaigns. Using my services helps companies adapt their products and services to local expectations and cultures, thus increasing their chances of success in a new market.
THE WORK OF A TRANSLATOR
My work involves accurately translating texts from English to French and vice versa. I must not only have a strong command of both languages but also understand the cultural and field-specific context of each translation to faithfully convey the meaning of the original. My translations cover various fields, such as law, business, administration, and economics, requiring specialized knowledge. Attention to detail and strict adherence to terminology are essential, especially for legal and technical documents. Without a high-quality translation, misunderstandings could damage a company's reputation and its collaboration with international partners.
TRANSLATIONS FOR VISITORS
People arriving in France can and often do
use the services of a English-French translator for
various purposes. I will assist in the
process of legalizing residency, for example by translating
documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, work
certificates, or diplomas. These are needed to obtain visas, work
permits, or complete other administrative formalities.
Moreover, my help can be essential in
dealing with administrative matters, such as submitting applications
for social benefits, translating official letters, or corresponding
with institutions. People arriving in France can also rely on me
translations for issues related to their children’s education,
healthcare (e.g., medical translations).
As a certified translator, I can help you with the administrative formalities involved in setting up a business in France, including your dealings with the URSSAF (French social security agency) and your tax returns. I also facilitate your understanding of local legal, administrative, and tax procedures. With my assistance, aspiring entrepreneurs can better understand French requirements, complete forms, and communicate effectively with government agencies and advisors, significantly increasing their chances of success in establishing and managing their business in France.
I am available in Paris, throughout the Paris region, and across France, which facilitates cooperation with English delegations and groups visiting France. I also offer the possibility of traveling to UK and Spain.
